Whatever Happened to Kindness?

A Lenten Journey of the Heart
The Three R's of Lent: Reflection, Repentance, Renewal. Lent is a season when we are encouraged to look inward and ask: What in my heart needs to change, what in my life needs to change, so that I can reflect the love of Jesus more fully?
In today’s fast-paced world, kindness sometimes feels like a lost art. We see harshness in words, impatience in actions, and indifference toward those in need. At the heart of the Gospel, we find his unconditional love, loving without limits and showing kindness toward others. Kindness is more than just nice words and politeness, it is a reflection of God’s mercy and strength.
This Lent, you are invited on a journey to rediscover kindness. Each week, we will explore a different dimension of kindness, rooted in Scripture and lived in daily life. Our weekly reflections and short daily meditations will help guide our hearts toward a deeper understanding of how kindness can shape us and our world. You can find them in our Blog or by simply clicking on the day in the agenda.
Let us walk together through these forty days, allowing God’s love to soften what has grown hard, awaken what has grown weary, and renew in us the courage to be kind.
