Pope Francis returned to the house of the Father on the morning of Easter Monday. This was announced by the Vatican’s Camerlengo, Cardinal Kevin Farrell, later that morning. Francis was 88 years old. Just the day before, on Easter Sunday, he had, visibly weakened, given the Urbi et Orbi blessing to the city and the world in St. Peter’s Square.
