Preparation for First Communion

Good Shepherd offers an intense, well thought out program for preparing children to recieve the Holy Eucharist. We try to meet the needs of families who have a demanding schedule or who might be living in Switzerland for a short time. Our preparation course is a nine month program, with classes being held on Wednesday afternoons from 16:00-17:00.

All classes take place during the school year with the exception of school vacations. Classes will begin during the first week of September. If you are interested please complete the registration form and return to us. Click here to download the form.

First Communion will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2025 at 10:00.

Administration

For our records, we need to have a copy of your child’s baptism certificate. It does not need to be a new issue. You can send it electronically, by post or personally give it to us. The copy must be readable. If it is not, it’s helpful if you can attach a note stating where the baptism took place.
